Youth as Guardians of Biodiversity

Young people are at the center of environmental change. They are the generation most affected by climate challenges, but also the most creative and open to innovation. A.P.S.E empowers youth aged 16–30 to become biodiversity guardians by involving them directly in sound recording, workshops, and artistic performances.

Through these activities, young participants experience biodiversity in a new way. They don’t just read about endangered species they hear them. They don’t just study ecosystems they record their voices. This emotional connection makes environmental issues more personal and motivates young people to take action in their communities.

By engaging youth, A.P.S.E builds a network of future leaders who understand that protecting biodiversity is not optional it is essential. Their involvement ensures that the project’s impact will last beyond its duration, inspiring long-term commitment to sustainability.
